Production And Usage
Production process	2，5-二甲基-2，5-己二醇的工业生产大都以乙炔、丙酮为原料，过去以常压炔化法应用较广，该工艺路线为常压炔化、水解和氢化三步。乙炔、丙酮于常压下，在溶剂中与过量的氢氧化钾进行炔化反应，生成2，5-二甲基-3-己炔-2，5-二醇钾，继而在酸性条件下水解生成2，5-二甲基-3-己炔-2，5-二醇，最后以雷尼镍为催化剂，在2～2.5 MPa压力下催化加氢得到产品。
