| Details | D-Kyotorphin showed higher analgesic activity in rats than kyotorphin, though the analgesic actions of these diastereomeric dipeptides probably resulted from different mechanisms. Contrary to kyotorphin, only minimal modulation of the Na⁺/Cl⁻dependant opioid peptide transporter was effected by this analog. |
